- Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Per diem/Contract
- Licensure/Certification s: CA License, DEA, CA Controlled Substance Certification (for PAs), Furnishing License (NPs) with Schedules II, BLS, ACLS, TB test, immunizations as specified
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar family practice or primary care setting
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive rates discussed upon application)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

- Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Perform chart closure within 72 hours and ensure documentation compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care
- Follow all licensure, immunization, and credentialing requirements for assignment
Required:
- Active CA license and DEA registration before start date
- CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
- Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in primary care or family practice setting
- Immunizations (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) as specified for credentialing
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
