CA House Supervisor - Night Shift
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week
Schedule:
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff in managing patient care and resolving clinical issues.
- Facilitate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in the continuous improvement of nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP preferred
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract starting date
