Registered Nurse – House Supervisor

$2203.20/week -

Job Summary:

Oversee clinical operations during night shifts as a House Supervisor to ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary activities to maintain smooth unit functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and operational activities during night shifts.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient safety, respond to incidents, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper reporting.
• Support staff education and professional development as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license required.
• Certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory; NRP preferred.
• Recent negative TB screening within the past 12 months.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple priorities.
