Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated RN for ER NOCS Charge coverage, providing critical patient care during overnight shifts. This role requires strong clinical skills and leadership in a fast-paced emergency environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for emergency room patients during night shifts.
• Assess patient conditions promptly, prioritize care, and document clinical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Must have a recent negative TB screen within the last 12 months.
• Proven experience in emergency room nursing, preferably in night shift settings.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership in high-pressure situations.
