- Strong foundation in Nursing and Emergency Nursing, with the ability to manage diverse and acute patient presentations.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine principles applicable to emergency and trauma care.
- Demonstrated excellence in Patient Care, including assessment, intervention, and compassionate communication.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC or equivalent trauma certification preferred.
- Previous experience in an emergency department or critical care setting strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
