You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for our Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems to ensure the production of high-quality material and products.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Ability to focus on continual improvement practices using causal analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and support engineering activities related to special process surveys and supplier issues.
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
- Willingness/ability to travel to support new training requirements and/or program issues/needs as they arise.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical blueprint reading, critical design attributes and auditing/surveying capabilities.
- IPC/J-STD, GD&T familiarity.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO
9001 and NQA-1/10

B. - Experience with or certification in lean manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma.
- Audit, Process Line Verification and/or Hardware Quality Assessment experience.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
