Engineering Aide Sr - Second Shift

Job Description *
* Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency;

and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.

As the Engineering Aide, you will be responsible for providing floor‑level support to automated equipment, updating programs, and driving continuous‑improvement activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Modify/Update programs for automated equipment.

+ Provide floor support of equipment.

+ Perform machine calibrations.

+ Generate maintenance plans for equipment.

+ Interface with equipment manufacturer's to resolve problems.

+ Perform continuous improvement and defect reduction activities.

+ Generate tooling requests and requisitions.

+ Perform transactions in Apriso/SAP.

+ Perform other tasks under the direction of Manufacturing Engineers.

** Basic Qualifications*
* Associate's Degree in Engineering Discipline or 2 years of experience in CCA Manufacturing Processes.

** Desired Skills*
* 2+ years of experience in CCA manufacturing processes such as SMT, AOI, Conformal Coating, and PTH.

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $43300.00 - $80500.00
