Description
You will be the master data governance associate manager for the Master Data Governance team. Our team is responsible for consolidating, governing, and maintaining high quality master data across the enterprise.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Master Data Governance (MDG) Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the end to end master data management solution that enables a reliable digital thread.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise master data governance framework.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting across product life cycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to align master data with business objectives and the OneLM initiative.
- Monitor data quality metrics, resolve data issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead a team of data stewards and provide mentorship to foster a data centric culture.

Salary and BenefitsPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple levels of management and stakeholders.
- Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required.
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
- Advanced Data Analytics Experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems.
- Manufacturing Planning Experience.
- Data Analysis.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Secret clearance required. Must be a US Citizen.
Work Schedules- Part-time Remote Telework: part of schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
- Schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
