* You will be the Subcontract Management for the Global Supply Chain team  Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor activities that enable efficient production

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage subcontractor relationships and performance

+ Coordinate material flow between suppliers and production

+ Ensure compliance with contractual terms and specifications

+ Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing excellence

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
