Description
You will be the Subcontract Management for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor activities that enable efficient production.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance.
- Coordinate material flow between suppliers and production.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and specifications.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing excellence.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Microsoft Office Suite skillset
- Ability to travel
- Experience with procurement and supply chain
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
