Night Shift Production Foreman / Supervisor

We're looking for a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our night shift operations and help drive performance, safety, and team success on the production floor. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve production goals
• Set daily priorities and ensure clear communication across shifts and departments
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, and morale to drive strong results
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operations
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams
• Handle employee relations, including coaching, feedback, and issue resolution
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecards
• Conduct accident investigations and reinforce safety standards
• Ensure all production and employee documentation is completed accurately

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in real time
• A hands-on leadership style—you're comfortable being on the floor with your team
• Ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
• Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus

Bilingual Advantage

• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce is highly valued and will set you apart as a leader

Schedule

• This is a night shift leadership role with a consistent 12-hour rotating schedule:
• Week 1:
  Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2:
  Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• This schedule provides built-in extended time off between rotations.
