Assemble precision electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions;
Perform hand soldering and touch-up of circuit cards and micro/minature components;
Conformational coating and curing of printed wire boards and assemblies;
Set up and operate equipment for PCB processing and conformal coating;
Train junior staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
