Manufacturing Supervisor
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing all electro-mechanical activities during second-shift hours, meeting safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets for multiple programs.
As the Manufacturing Supervisor on second shift, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver safe, high-quality production on schedule while controlling costs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a second shift team to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives for multiple programs.
- Resolve conflicts, build trust, and motivate employees to maintain a high-performing work environment.
- Identify and implement continuous-improvement opportunities across work cells and production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering to update work instructions, plan new production areas, and enhance existing cells.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards while supervising electro-mechanical operations.
Typical hours for Second shift are approximately 4pm to 2:30am, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as needed. Ability to work outside of standard schedule hours is required.

This position is in Archbald, Pennsylvania. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience/combined education
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
- Microsoft office suite knowledge and skills
- Lead/participate in business meetings throughout the day
- Ability to interface with customers on a professional level
- Ability to track and manage cost, quality, safety and schedule in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to define problems, collect data and make necessary improvements to meet goals
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with electrical and/or electro-mechanical products or equipment
- Knowledge of IPC-620 and J-Std certifications
- LM21 Green belt
- Performance Management Team experience
- Manufacturing or production operations experience
- Circuit Card Experience
- Root cause analysis
- Ability to develop assembly tool/aids
- Familiar with LM systems like Flexnet labor recording, SAP, Personnel records management
