Quality Analyst - Archbald, PA

You will be the Quality Analyst for the Archbald Quality team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple programs across CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality.

As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality across assigned programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform quality inspections and audits on components and assemblies.
• Identify and document nonconformances, drive root cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality initiatives.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

This position is in Archbald.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to focus on continual improvement practices using causal analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments.
• Willingness/ability to travel to support new training requirements and/or program issues/needs as they arise.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and support engineering activities related to special process surveys and supplier issues.
• Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a US Citizen.

• Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical blueprint reading, critical design attributes and auditing/surveying capabilities.
• Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support the assignment.
• Circuit Card Assembly, Electro-Mechanical, Cable/Harness, or Fabrication experience.
• Experience programing and/or operating inspection equipment such as X-ray, CMM, etc.
• Experience with SAP, Apriso or other ERP or MES systems.
• FAI experience.
• IPC/J-STD, GD&T familiarity.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO

• Experience with or certification in lean manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, corrective action and causal analysis techniques.
• Audit, Process Line Verification and/or Hardware Quality Assessment experience.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
