As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Archbald, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Aero/Defense and more. This is a Part-Time position where you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. This role involves driving and requires a valid driver’s license that meets AU Driver Policy Requirements. • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying authorization, and directing individuals to appropriate locations within an aerospace and defense office environment.
• Carry out post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies; support emergency response activities and notifications when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, document observations and actions in required reports and logs.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security systems as assigned; communicate promptly with leadership and site contacts regarding irregular conditions.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
