Victorian Senior Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed according to Care Plan (toileting, ambulation, eating, transferring, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc.);
Assist residents with transportation when indicated by ED/Administrator;
Assist the Activities Coordinator in carrying out planned activities;
Provide residents with a clean towel and washcloth as needed and help with making beds;
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation as required in resident services
