Inventory Manager

Job Description

• Own inventory accuracy, valuation, and control across all locations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational standards
• Lead inventory receipt and reconciliation processes within our system, ensuring purchase order compliance, quantity accuracy, and material condition verification
• Establish and enforce procedures for identifying, documenting, and resolving inventory damages and discrepancies with suppliers
• Oversee inbound container reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and supplier communication
• Direct weekly kitting and Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory transactions to support production and accurate reporting
• Design, implement, and monitor daily cycle count programs to sustain inventory accuracy and reduce variances
• Govern inventory adjustment controls, ensuring all significant adjustments receive appropriate management review and approval
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the inventory lifecycle, from raw material receipt through finished goods shipment
• Ensure system integrity by maintaining accurate bin locations and alignment between physical inventory and Sys Pro records
• Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to support internal controls and successfully execute annual audits
