Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm M-TH. Possible OT needs on Friday.

What's the Job?

• Obtain parts for order per BOM/Drawing
• Assemble or fabricate orders per drawing using correct parts, tools, and specifications
• Set up machines for various jobs
• Write, read, and edit CNC programming
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Technical College or Equivalent Experience
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and product specifications
• Proficiency with gages and measuring instruments such as micrometer calipers
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within operation
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects and perform simple arithmetic
