Material Handler 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler 1st Shift to join their team. As a Material Handler 1st Shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production, shipping, and receiving teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday

• Handle, store, and pick materials to support production and logistics operations
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport and store materials safely
• Use a laptop to perform SAP transactions for material management and respond to email requests
• Maintain accurate records of parts, counts, and locations
• Ensure the work area is organized and clean, including trash, recycling, and corrugated materials

• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is a plus
• Good math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as scales and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and climb ladders as needed
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
