Novo Manufacturing Llc in Archdale, NC is seeking a Machine Operator II (Moulder) to safely operate and feed a moulder, perform set-up adjustments, and ensure products meet customer and company specs. You will read route sheets, monitor 100 FPM speeds, inspect outputs, discard nonconforming pieces, and communicate quality issues to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of moulder experience or similar breakout/rough mill, a High School diploma or GED, and a commitment to OSHA safety
