Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Staffing Sales Representative to drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with clients in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of staffing solutions, and the ability to identify and fulfil client staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and technical sales initiatives to maximize outreach and market penetration.
  • Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within staffing or technology sales environments.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales approaches.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
  • Knowledge of staffing industry practices or technical product demos is a plus.
  • High energy level with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
