Manufacturing Engineer

Pay: $36.00–$42.00/hr

Support precision manufacturing at a medical device company in Arden Hills, MN. As a Manufacturing Engineer with Advantage Technical, you'll own assigned production stations, drive process stability, and keep yields where they need to be — with room to grow through continuous improvement work.

• Provide daily manufacturing support by reviewing yield, labor, and throughput performance
• Maintain ownership of assigned stations, equipment, and processes to ensure stable, controlled operations
• Identify and implement process and productivity improvements
• Support product/process documentation, equipment validation, and testing
• Troubleshoot product and process issues related to design, materials, or equipment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
• Train operators and technicians on new processes and test procedures
• Prepare reports and communicate results to technical stakeholders

• BS in Engineering (0–1 year experience)
• Self‑motivated with strong follow-through and ownership mindset
• Clear communicator — able to elevate issues and keep stakeholders informed
• Collaborative approach to cross‑functional problem solving
• Medical device experience or exposure a plus (OQ, PQ, PMV)
