Account Manager – Arden Hills, MN
Taylor Corporation, operating under Venture Solutions, seeks an Account Manager to serve as the owner of account success. The position is based onsite in Arden Hills, MN, and requires the holder to be physically present in the office for optimal collaboration and communication.

Your Responsibilities- Oversee industry‑leading accounts and drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop process improvements for the portfolio as needed.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness according to client agreements and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and oversee job reconciliation data to identify and address all issues.
- Generate and provide reports to clients or internal teams as required.
- Plan, manage, and execute medium to large‑scale client change requests and projects.
- Monitor open tickets and assist in ticket management and resolution.
- Accurately provide account planning, forecasting, financial data, and project status to organizational leaders and business stakeholders.
- Train, mentor, and guide colleagues.
- Review and understand job reconciliations and compiled data to support the client review process.
- Plan and conduct client Business Reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage inventory control and supply‑chain coordination.
- Oversee daily client deliverables, ensuring processes are completed as expected.
- Lead profitability reviews and assist in pricing updates.
- Ensure SLA and quality metrics are met for clients.
- Host, coordinate, and participate in on‑site client visits, including facility tours, hotel recommendations, lunch ordering, and off‑site entertainment.
- 3 years of account management experience.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including conveying information in emails, collaboration tools, reports, and meetings.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with problem‑solving expertise to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate efforts within the team and across internal departments.
- Ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or standards.
- Leadership experience with cross‑functional teams to meet common goals.
Annual salary range: $75,000 – $85,000. The base salary considers qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
