Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) TAP Associate
The Land O'Lakes Finance organization is currently seeking candidates to join our organization in a Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) Associate role. This role will provide the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks and functions within our Finance organization. The TAP program is designed to offer two defined rotational assignments in our Finance and Accounting areas. In addition to the rotational assignments, you will complete a pre-defined leadership development curriculum and obtain exposure to the Land O’Lakes Finance senior leadership team.
Accounting Assignment Responsibilities- maintaining product costing
- reviewing work orders
- reconciling product inventory
- performing monthly account reconciliations
- researching, preparing and posting journal entries and other accounting transactions
- assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- performing monthly variance analysis
- preparing other financial reporting and analysis as needed to support the business
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related major, along with a minimum of one internship in related field with a winter 2026 or spring 2027 graduation date GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with impact
- Ability to effectively execute with focus and accountability
- Demonstrate agility and be comfortable with change
- Strong curiosity to learn new things and be a quick learner
- Analytical mindset and the ability to infer trends and relevant patterns of risks and opportunities
Salary for this position is $69,000.
