Looking for a flexible PT role with autonomy and impact?
On‑Site Solutions Physical Therapy delivers prevention‑focused, workplace‑based care that promotes safety, reduces injury risk, and supports healthier employees—without insurance billing.
- 8–12 hours/week
: afternoons (after 2:00pm) + weekend coverage - Competitive hourly pay with shift differential
- Lead on‑site wellness and injury prevention initiatives
- Deliver body mechanics and stretching programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments with practical recommendations
- Educate employees on movement efficiency and self‑care
- Minnesota‑licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience
- Comfortable working independently during non‑traditional hours
- Experience in workplace health, ergonomics, or injury prevention preferred
