Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Arden Hills, MN. We specialize in packaging and distributing medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Ebenezer Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in senior living communities!

Regular operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. This position requires an every third weekend rotation.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring the safe and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role includes supervising pharmacy staff, supporting workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all state‑specific rules and regulations. Success in this position requires sound independent judgment, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Prepare sterile and non‑sterile compounds.
• Assist Pharmacist‑In‑Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff
• Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care.

• Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
• Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
• Immunization Certified in State of MN within 30 Days

• 1 year Pharmacist
