Trafera, LLC offers an onsite HR role in Arden Hills, MN with a salary range of USD 65,000 to 75,000 per year
. In this Human Resources Generalist position, you will help keep payroll and benefits running smoothly, strengthen HR data quality through HRIS stewardship, and contribute to workforce reporting that supports planning and regulatory needs.
- Payroll: process and audit bi-weekly payroll to support accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Benefits administration: administer employee benefit programs including health
, welfare
, 401(k), and LOA processes - Employee support: serve as the primary contact for employee questions related to payroll and benefits
- HRIS and records: maintain HRIS and employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Workforce reporting support: help prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics covering headcount, turnover, compensation, leave, benefits
, and other regulatory reporting requirements - Data reconciliation: collaborate with internal teams and external providers to reconcile data, resolve discrepancies, and provide workforce insights
- Annual HR processes: support open enrollment, year-end payroll activities, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, and employee experience through automation and continuous improvement
- Partner across the organization: maintain an active and visible presence to provide support and clear communication to help teams work cohesively
- Stay current: maintain professional competence and role‑related knowledge aligned to best practices
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant HR field, or equivalent training and hands‑on experience
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive HR Coordinator or Specialist experience, with emphasis on payroll and benefits administration and regulatory reporting
- Trust and confidentiality: high integrity and proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusted relationships
- Continuous improvement: demonstrated contribution toward continuous improvement projects and organizational transformation
- Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail and process: strong data entry skills and attention to detail, with ability to follow process workflows and procedures
- Communication: effective written and verbal communication to present information clearly and professionally
- Work style: self‑directed, able to work in a fast‑paced team environment
- Execution: ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Travel: ability to travel nationwide when necessary
