Systems Lab Technician

A quick overview of the role:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure uptime of lab hardware, software, and test tools
• Install and update testing utilities and support validation activities
• Assist engineers with system testing on Windows, iOS, and Android devices
• Manage equipment inventory, calibration records, and documentation
• Support continuous improvement in lab operations and test tool reliability
• Python scripting experience is a plus for automation and tool support

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering or related
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience providing general support in a engineering labs with system level testing
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues with devices, software, and everyday technology tools including Windows‑based systems and mobile platforms (Android and IOS)
• Basic proficiency with Python scripting or automation tools to streamline simple tasks.
• Strong organizational abilities, including maintaining clear documentation and keeping track of equipment or ongoing work.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.

• Experience in working in the medical device industry or regulated environments
• Familiarity with using automated tools or simple scripting.
• Ability to keep track of requirements and documentation.
