Servicenow Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Staff Dev Ops Engineer with deep expertise in the Service Now Now Platform and strong knowledge of AIML technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Dev Ops solutions that accelerate Service Now development, deployment, and platform operations. You will drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance engineering while helping embed AI-driven capabilities into the Service Now ecosystem.

You will work closely with developers, SDETs, and product teams to ensure seamless integration, platform reliability, and speed of delivery for large scale enterprise Service Now implementations.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Service Now applications, integrations, and custom development.
• Establish infrastructure-as-code IaC practices for Service Now environments.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows for Service Now and related services.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed AI/ML models into the Service Now platform e.g., predictive intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation.
• Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for Service Now applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize platform reliability and performance at scale, ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and releases.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Engg leaders on Dev Ops best practices, governance, and security for Service Now.
• Build DORA reporting to track the code push, code coverage.
• Research and introduce emerging AI/automation capabilities in the Service Now ecosystem to continuously modernize the platform.

• 8+ years of Dev Ops engineering experience, with at least 3+ years on the Service Now Now Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in Service Now platform development, deployments, and upgrades.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, Power Shell, or Shell).
• Knowledge of Service Now Dev Ops module and AI Search.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.
