Your responsibilities will include- Organizes and performs Installation, Move, Add, and Changes (IMAC) of applications, computers, phones and other hardware.
- Troubleshoots and repairs issues related to manufacturing end‑point computers, peripherals, applications, and Operating Systems.
- Plans, tests, and partners in the roll‑out of new applications, hardware, Operating Systems, and infrastructure equipment.
- Performs hardware and software compatibility tests for monthly/quarterly security patching, application, and Operating System updates.
- Maintains, develops, and installs network infrastructure equipment and implements necessary changes.
- Provides guidance and technical expertise for users related to system or software‑related purchases and provides ad‑hoc user training and instruction on computers and applications.
- Responsible for server admin, storage back‑up, and other DC activities as needed.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing IT/OT support space within regulated medical device environment
- Minimum 7 years of experience with an associate degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Experience for Windows XP/7/10/11 Operating Systems and/or LTSC version
- Experience for Active Directory / Azure AD user account admin and access provisioning
- Able to perform hardware component diagnosis, repair, replacement and imaging.
- Network troubleshooting including connectivity issues, DNS, RDP, ping, trace route, and domain configuration experience
- Familiar with manufacturing domain permissions, automation, documentation and change‑controlled environments
- Preferred Bachelor's degree within the technology space
- Preferred 10+ years of IT/OT support experience across multiple sectors
- Experience with equipment, lifecycle management and EOL mitigation
- Working knowledge on malware, ransomware etc. in cybersecurity space

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
