The Land O’Lakes Technology Internship brings your education to life by providing hands‑on experience applying technology and data solutions toreal business challenges. As a member of our Technology organization,you’llwork alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful work, and gain exposure to how technology drives innovation across the Land O’Lakes businesses.
Be embedded on a technology team and own a meaningful project in a focus area such asData Engineering,Data Science,Data Visualization, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Integration & Automation, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
Gain experience with enterprise technology platforms, tools, and development practices while building technical skills that translate to the workplace.
Develop business acumen by partnering with cross‑functional teams and learning how technology enables business outcomes across Land O’Lakes.
Build your professional network through mentorship, networking events, and a collaborative intern project with peers across the organization.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Analytics, Cybersecurity, MIS, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with sophomore standing or higher (junior preferred)
Ability to work from Arden Hills, MN campus for duration of 11‑week internship(in office Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday each week)
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong interest in learning new tools and technologies
Demonstrates curiosity and courage to ask questions
Ability to collaborate to meet goals and objectives
Applies problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
