Overview

Logisolve is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager for a consulting opportunity with our direct Medical Device client. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. Must be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. Should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Highly desired:
Business architecture experience.

Compensation: $68.00-$85.00/hr w2, based on qualifications

Duration: 6-12+ months, likely extensions

Location: Arden Hills, MN - must be willing to work hybrid 3 days a week

Key Responsibilities
  • Project/Program Management:
    Develops and implements project plan, including cost, schedule, risk and performance for new product introduction or continuation;
    Builds team ownership and commitment to project plans;
    Provides structured thinking to project
  • Communications and Reviews:
    Responsible for team and cross-functional level communications;
    May act as liaison between the team and the PIB (project specific);
    Participates in phase reviews; reviews IBPs; defines and tracks key business unit metrics;
    Res
  • Relationship/People Management:
    Provides input to functional Managers/Directors on team and team member performance;
    Develops and maintains strong relationships with functional heads to drive success of Core Team members and overall Core Team contributions;
    Influences cross-functional collaboration.
  • Product/Technology Management:
    Directs and/or provides input to the technical approach to technology application and new product development;
    Identifies, communicates, and manages project risk.
  • Process Management: PDP/TDP system knowledge through delivery of high quality and high impact deliverables;
    Knowledge of quality system use for the creation and continued compliance of products;
    Actively reviews policy and practice improvements to drive
Quality System Requirements

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
