Provide daily support to the Operations Manager as well as guidance for maintenance personnel to achieve the company’s strategic plan through proper training and staff development.
Responsibilities- Provide daily maintenance management and oversight to ensure reliability and efficiency of operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Lead and mentor maintenance staff, including training and performance development.
- Collaborate with operations to support production goals and reduce downtime.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and processes.
