About the Role
Supports electrical and electronic engineering activities, often involving specialized equipment or product in the manufacturing environment. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Onsite work model; employees required to be in the local office at least five days per week.

Your Responsibilities- Design, develop, debug, modify, test, build, and assemble electrical circuits and systems, circuitry, test equipment, prototypes using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
- Document, test, evaluate, analyze, and verify electrical development of electrical/electronic systems, circuits, prototypes, and components by writing documents, reports, memos, and change requests.
- Track and troubleshoot electrical development efforts, including test set‑ups, circuit or device problems, by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool.
- Observe and comply with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) principles.
- Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process and comply with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
- Perform routine and complex equipment setup. Own corrective, preventive, and calibration maintenance tasks, as well as proactive management of equipment spares to improve uptime.
- Evaluate and order necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement; some experience of project execution.
- Participate in the mentorship and development of less experienced technicians in technical, business, or communication skillsets.

Maximum Salary: $94,224
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
For non‑exempt (hourly), non‑sales roles, variable compensation from overtime, shift differential, and annual bonus target may be included. For exempt, non‑sales roles, variable compensation such as an annual bonus target and long‑term incentives may also be included.
