Pay Rate: $27.00/hour + $3.50/hour shift differential

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) for approximately 2 months
• Flexible training schedules may be considered for qualified candidates

Looking for a high-paying manufacturing opportunity with hands-on equipment operation and career-building experience? We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to support a specialized production process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Accurately weigh, measure, and load raw materials according to batch specifications
• Operate industrial mixing equipment and automated control systems
• Monitor production processes through HMI and computerized interfaces
• Collect product samples for quality testing and inspection
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and equipment monitoring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
• Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt training preferred

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
