Pay : $22/hr

Position Duration: May 2027 – July 2027

Position Location: Arden Hills, MN

Land O’Lakes is looking for talented, driven communications candidates for our summer internship program.

As an intern, you will be assigned specific responsibilities and become a keymember of the Communication steam, working on projects and assignments that support real business needs.

This internship is designed to give you real-world experience.

Communications internscontribute to a variety of strategic communicationsprojects, including writing, project coordination,media relationssupport,and content creation across internal and externalchannels. You willhelp improve processes, tracking, and systems for the teamwhile gaining experience withtoolssuch asShare Pointand Muck  Rack. Interns will alsoassistwithresearch,planning,andexecutionfor a variety of communicationsinitiatives.

• Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications,Public Relations, Journalism, or a related major

• Sophomore level or higher (Junior preferred)

• Strong writing and project management skills

• Strong writing and verbal communications skills

• Experience with AP Style

• GPA of 3.0 or above

• Prior internship or corporate work experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,SharePoint,etc.)

• Experience with digital and social media toolsand content management systems (CMS)

• Experience with digital content creation
