Arden Hills, MN | Onsite | $30/hour | Contract
Advantage Technical is hiring a Complaint Investigation Technician for a leading medical device manufacturer in Arden Hills, MN. If you have a keen eye for detail and a background in production or manufacturing, this is a strong fit.
You'll be embedded at a Post Market Complaint Investigation Site, leading failure analyses on returned capital equipment - determining root causes, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design Quality, R&D, and Supplier Management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint investigation findings
- Utilize testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations
- Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review
- Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs
- Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues
- Support lab operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- HS Diploma and 1+ year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and solid written communication skills
- Must be local to Minnesota
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- AA Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Experience in SAP, MES, or Track Wise
- 2-3 years of experience in a medical device environment
