Prod Control Coordinator

About the Role

Lead a team of Material Handlers responsible for physical and systematic activities such as put‑way, replenishment, cycle‑counts, pick, and ship. Ensure compliance with regulations and partner with Quality function as needed.

Onsite work model; employees must be in the local office five days per week.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

• Oversee workload distribution and productivity of the group. Monitor and report throughput, quality, and assignments. Track and report quality, productivity, and throughput metrics.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests, assist staff with problem solving, inquiries, and handle escalated issues.
• Perform on‑the‑job training for employees to meet customer expectations and adhere to GMP, ISO, and SOP specifications.
• Apply Lean Principles to daily activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements; lead special projects and support management with HR issues.
• Use computers, printers, and handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, standing, and turning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1–2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.

• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
