About this role
Provides technical assistance to engineering to support manufacturing efforts by implementing corrective and preventive actions. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve manufacturing processes.
Work ModeOnsite work model; requires employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Responsibilities- Assist engineering in providing manufacturing support by training operators on processes and engineering changes and performing operator certification on‑job training and testing.
- Develop knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
- Learn process improvement techniques by assisting Engineering in researching and validating changes in processes/equipment and test methods to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time per established procedures.
- Learn traceability and inspection requirements, statistical process control criteria, how to develop manufacturing instructions, and create training sheets and certifications. May also train operators on basic processes and engineering changes and perform operator certification on‑job training and testing.
- Assist Engineers in collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing and recording data, and writing procedures; may keep lab notebook.
- Responsible for final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution.
- Assist in identifying manufacturing issues by working with Engineering to determine root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Learn process to disposition non‑conforming material by utilizing quality tools and developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
- Proactively audit the line to identify and elevate quality opportunities.
- Own and/or participate in NCEPs.
- High School degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP/MES reports.
- Experience with Grow 100 experiential.
- Experience with NCEP ownership.
- Experience with Change Notice (CN).
Salary range: $43,368 – $73,736.
