Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $51.00/hour
We are hiring a Quality Analyst to support post-market surveillance, complaint trending, data analytics, and quality system compliance in a regulated industry environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in statistical analysis, quality engineering, data visualization, and product performance monitoring who want to make a direct impact on product quality and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze product complaints, quality trends, and performance data to identify emerging issues and risks.
- Perform statistical analysis, signal detection, and trend reporting to support quality and regulatory objectives.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
- Support post-market surveillance activities and evaluate product performance using risk-based methodologies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical, and Risk Management teams to provide actionable insights.
- Investigate data anomalies, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements, and quality system compliance activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, quality engineering, post-market surveillance, or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, trend analysis, and statistical methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
