This entry-level role is responsible for preparing test samples, executing standardized test methods, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring laboratory equipment and work areas remain organized and compliant with quality requirements.

• Perform routine package testing under the guidance of engineers and senior technicians.
• Prepare, label, condition, and document test samples.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as compression testers, environmental chambers, seal strength testers, and leak test systems.
• Record test results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
• Assist with calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
• Support engineers with project activities and completion of work requests.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a laboratory environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new testing methods.
