Trade Promotions Coordinator
The Trade Promotions Coordinator serves as a first line of support for the Dairy Food Trade Promotions Administration Department. In this role you will be responsible for managing activities related to the execution and validation of trade promotions/customer offers, as well as responding to ad‑hoc requests and needs of the sales organization. This often requires collaborating with cross‑functional resources to meet business needs.
Success depends largely on developing an understanding of the sales staff, their customers, deductions and promotional offers, and Land O’Lakes products.
Position is located at our Arden Hills, MN headquarters. Work is required in‑office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Sales to clear all Trade Promotion Deductions from the system.
- Partner with the Trade Promotions Team to ensure customer deductions are set up and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support and guidance to the broker sales support team.
- Act as backup and provide support when needed to ensure all inquiries and requests that come into the Trade Promotions eMailbox are handled properly and in a timely manner.
- Respond to questions from internal partners or external customers.
- Assist with ad‑hoc requests as needed.
- Provide guidance and training on system functionality and trade policies.
- When necessary, direct requests to the appropriate internal support team.
Bachelor’s degree with up to one year of relevant work experience desired (internship experience may be considered) or three to five years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Desired experience includes deduction, vendor income, and trade promotions, as well as CPG experience. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Account Review, deduction management systems (High Radius), and ERP systems.

Salary range: $51,520–$77,280 (hourly equivalent). In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
