Ever wanted to work on something bigger than a furnace or a sink line?

At Horizon Commercial Pools, we renovate and restore commercial swimming pools and aquatic facilities — from hotels and community centers to water parks and competition pools. This isn’t residential pool cleaning. This is large-scale mechanical systems, structural restoration, and specialized aquatic equipment.

If you have experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical service, or construction — and you know your way around PVC glue and primer — we can teach you the aquatics side.

No two days are the same. You’ll work on projects ranging from equipment upgrades to full facility renovations.

You’ll:

• Glue and prime PVC piping (a lot of it!)
• Replace and repair pumps, motors, filters, and heaters
• Install chemical automation systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs and equipment change-outs
• Assist with plaster, tile, and concrete restoration
• Install underwater lighting and specialty aquatic features
• Support ADA and safety compliance upgrades
• Conduct leak detection and underwater repairs

Renovating aquatic facilities is highly specialized. There are federal, state, and local codes that must be met, and equipment selection matters. Horizon Commercial Pools has built a reputation for doing it right — safely, compliantly, and with quality that lasts. Our Renovation Technicians are at the center of that mission.

We don’t expect aquatics experience — we’ll train you on that. We DO look for:

• Experience in plumbing, mechanical service, or construction
• Experience gluing/priming PVC piping
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Comfort working outdoors and in commercial facilities
• Pride in quality workmanship
• The ability to travel overnights regionally.
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus points if you enjoy problem-solving and working on projects from start to finish.
