About the Role:

Boston Scientific Cardiac Diagnosticsisseekinga skilled and experienced full stack software engineer toplay a critical role in thedesign, development andtechnicalgovernance of ourback-office

ERP system and critical software integrations. These applications support our Sales, Finance, Operations, Quality and Customer Service department sin support of our mobile cardiac monitoring business. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, an excellent communicatorwhoexcels atworking with the team to implement consistent,high-qualitycodethat adheres to team standards for quality and reliability.

In thishands-onrole, you will take leadership in mentoring junior developers and working with a talented team of software engineers, businessanalystsand QA engineers to deliver high priority businessfeaturesandtechnical improvements for our internal and external business partners.

• Provide technical leadership in all phases of software development projects, including analysis, design, construction, implementation, testing, and post-implementation activities
• Lead technical design discussions with architects to align ona consistent, enterprise approved architecture for new technical solutions.
• Collaborate onbest practices for applying consistent principles fordesign, testing and deployment to accelerate team delivery.
• Complete complex development work and developer testing aspart of an agile software delivery teamin both our Dynamics CE environment and our Integration Services layer.
• Provide mentoring and technical support for less experienced developers as needed.
• Participate in an agile product team to prioritize and implement new application features, while simultaneouslymaintainingthe quality of existing features and functionality.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and address challenges in solution implementation
• Create andmaintainsystem documentation, including proposals, designs, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary
• Understand customer business implications and incorporate this understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computerscienceor engineering.
• 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong analytical skillsincludingproficiencywith the .NET framework,C#and associated development tools.
• Experience using asynchronous messaging integration approaches.
• Experience with Restful API integration.
• Experience with agile project management, developmentmethodologiesand tools
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, action-oriented environment.
• Manageownwork and priorities under aggressive timelines.
• Self-starter with strong, proactive workethicand fast learner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics
  
  CE platform.
• Familiarity with developing and uses for Microsoft
  
  Dynamics plugins
• Experience with one or more advanced front-end framework (React.js,Angularor other)
• Experience with GIT, Microsoft Dev Ops preferrable
