Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Your Role Are you ready to make an impact and work with a company that values your expertise, ideas, and career growth? As our next Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:30 am – 2:00 pm), you’ll help shape our organization’s success.

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, and Electric Manual Pallet Jack.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.
  
  Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• Reading and writing skills to maintain records.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Previous warehouse related work experience.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience using Oracle.
• Prior Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience.
• Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, and Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
