This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Specialist located in Ardmore, OK. The role involves researching and analyzing leasehold and mineral acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchase agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners. Additional tasks include tracking market trends, evaluating property data, and collaborating with team members to support the company’s strategic goals.

• Proficiency in research and data analysis related to leasehold and mineral acquisitions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to foster partnerships
• Attention to detail with experience in managing legal documents and agreements
• Basic understanding of the energy industry and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant mapping software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Management, Geology, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site professional environment in Ardmore, OK
