Contract:

Full‑time, Permanent.

40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 4×9‑hour days, with a half‑day on Friday (4 hrs) or 4×10‑hour days, subject to departmental capacity.

• Search bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
• Update registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
• Distribute tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
• Coordinate with relevant managers and departments to edit, format, and submit bid responses.
• Follow up on submitted bids to assess success or failure.
• Maintain internal libraries and tools to support future tenders.

Essential Criteria

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience using tender portals.
