The Civil Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ardmore, OK, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on civil construction projects. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. The Civil Superintendent plans daily activities, conducts site inspections, leads toolbox talks, and enforces safety and environmental requirements.

The role also involves monitoring progress, resolving site issues, supporting project documentation, and communicating regularly with project management, engineering, and stakeholders. The Civil Superintendent helps optimize resources, manage equipment and materials, and contribute to continuous improvement on site.

• Strong Construction Site Management skills, including supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing daily field activities.
• Demonstrated Construction Safety knowledge, including OSHA awareness, hazard identification, and leading safety meetings and audits.
• Excellent Organization Skills to plan work sequences, manage documentation, track progress, and handle multiple priorities on site.
• Experience in Budgeting and cost control, including monitoring labor, equipment, and materials against project targets.
• Proven Project Management abilities, including scheduling, problem-solving, and effective communication with diverse project stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent or similar field leadership role on heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, quality standards, and basic construction software or digital tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in construction-related disciplines is an asset.
• Ability to work on site in varying weather conditions and to comply with all safety and site access requirements.
