Hall’s Culligan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and provide solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CSR will work in an office environment, using computers and multi-line phones, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and potential evenings/weekends as needed.
You’ll develop product knowledge, assist customers with troubleshooting, and document interactions in our CRM system.
