Practice Info

• Value-Based Care Model - more time with patients, relationship-driven care, and a strong emphasis on quality over volume
• Collaborative care team with physicians, advanced practice providers, and engaged support staff
• Dedicated panel RN for triage, telephone encounters, and in-basket support
• System-wide Epic EMR with DAX Copilot available

Compensation
